Knife Sharpening to Benefit Second Harvest

Please join us for our popular knife sharpening event with Clark Stone of Wusthof. He will sharpen up to four of your kitchen knives (any brand, but no serrated knives, please) for a suggested donation of $4 per item to our local chapter of Second Harvest.

We will close early (7 pm) on Wednesday, November 22rd and will be closed on Thursday, November 23th for the Thanksgiving holiday. We wish you a very enjoyable holiday and will be giving thanks for all of our customers that day!

Monroe Street businesses are getting together to celebrate Small Business Saturday on November 25th.  Shop local and support small businesses in your community by “shopping small”. There a prize drawing in about 25 of our locally owned shops and restaurants for a free Small Business Saturday cloth tote bag each containing a $10 gift card to a Monroe Street shop or restaurant!

We are pleased to feature one of our food lines on Sampling Saturday every month. Check back soon to see what we have in store for December!  In November we gave out tastes of nut brittles by Anette's Chocolates by Brent. These delicious brittles, made in small batches in the Napa Valley of California, include Triple Nut Kentucky Bourbon Brittle, Firey Beer Micro Brew Brittle and Chili Lime Tequila Tortilla Brittle.
